Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of experience in graduate education leadership.

• Demonstrated understanding of graduate education policy and governance.
• Experience in complex, decentralized university environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead university-wide strategy for graduate education and set priorities for enrollment, quality, and student success.
• Coordinate policies across schools while allowing program flexibility within disciplines.
• Partner with enrollment management to advance recruitment, retention and graduation outcomes.
• Oversee graduate funding strategies, fellowships, and tuition remission programs.
