Job summary

Virginia Transformer Corporation (VTC) seeks a Senior Vice President of Supply Chain to architect and lead a scalable, cost-competitive global supply chain supporting 3X growth. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Plant Leadership to ensure material availability, supplier performance, and capital discipline.

The role requires executive leadership across procurement, planning, logistics, and supplier management, with a focus on risk mitigation and performance.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including executive responsibility.
• Experience leading enterprise or multi-site supply chain organizations in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in heavy manufacturing or engineered-to-order manufacturing; proven supplier networks and high-value negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise supply chain strategy aligned with growth and capacity expansion.
• Establish operating model, governance, and performance cadence across facilities.
• Lead global sourcing, strategic procurement, and supplier development for critical materials.
• Oversee S&OP, demand planning, inventory strategy, and working-capital optimization.
• Provide executive oversight of logistics, network optimization, and supplier integration.
• Drive risk governance, contingency planning, and supply-market monitoring.
