SEI seeks a senior leader to design and deliver an integrated Investment Risk & Analytics platform—unifying portfolio risk, liquidity risk, factor exposures, and decision history across all strategies and OCIO relationships. You will directly design CI0 oversight tools, embed AI capabilities, and partner with data, AI leadership, and client teams to drive fiduciary-grade insights.

The role blends hands-on platform development with strategic leadership, requiring a track record of building

Competenze

• 15+ years in quantitative investment management or related multi-asset disciplines
• Experience leading analytics teams and building front-office platforms
• Ability to present complex risk analytics to institutional audiences
• Hands-on design/build of platform components used daily by PMs and CIOs
• Knowledge of blended asset classes and OCIO frameworks
• Familiarity with AI in investment applications is a plus

Mansioni

• Analytics integration and the common platform: consolidate analytics across investment, OCIO, and manager research into one platform
• Build data infrastructure: pipelines, reconciled security and position masters, vendor-data governance, and auditable lineage from source data to portfolio decision, client reporting, and oversight review
• CIO oversight and fiduciary support: design a consolidated risk view and establish standards for aggregation, limits monitoring, and escalation
• AI-integrated decision making: embed LLM-driven analysis into investment applications at the tool level
• Partnership across and beyond the organization: connect teams with a shared roadmap and external collaboration
• Client engagement and risk communication: present analytics in RFPs, due diligence meetings, and client reviews
• Team and thought leadership: recruit and develop hybrid talent and represent SEI externally
