Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Head of Forward Deployed Engineering to lead a growing team and shape the operating model for scalable growth. You will drive executive-level engagements, align technical strategy with enterprise needs, and remain hands-on with high-impact customer initiatives across Tavily and Nebius.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in customer-facing engineering roles.
• Proven ability to scale engineering teams and drive strategic engagements.
• Deep expertise in building production AI systems and LLM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the FDE organization's vision, operating model, and priorities.
• Lead and scale an existing team of Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Own the technical strategy for enterprise accounts from discovery to production rollout.
