Delasco, a leading provider of dermatology and esthetic supplies, is seeking a dynamic CFO/COO to join our executive team and lead financial strategy and core operations. This is a rare opportunity to drive impact across the entire business-from the bottom line to the production floor. In this dual role, you'll oversee Accounting, Manufacturing, Quality, Distribution, Purchasing, and Customer Service. You'll partner closely with an experienced Entrepreneur and Executive Team and play a critical role in shaping company strategy, optimizing operations, and supporting sustainable growth.

What You'll Do:

1. Lead financial planning, reporting, cash flow, and compliance

1. Drive operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain

1. Improve systems, processes, and performance metrics company-wide

1. Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams

1. Serve as a strategic thought partner on growth, investment, and risk management

What We're Looking For:
