Seeking Health System Finance Leaders for Strategic Advisory Board Participation

The Clinician Exchange (TCX) is a clinical concierge organization that delivers tailored commercial solutions for the biopharma industry, both nationally and internationally. We empower biopharma companies by helping them connect with their markets, demonstrate product value, and ultimately ensure that life-saving medicines reach the patients who need them. Our work includes supporting biopharma sales efforts to physicians and providing nurse educators to guide patients and prescribers.

We’re recruiting Chief Financial Officers, VPs of Finance, and Directors of Finance from IDNs and large health systems to join an upcoming virtual advisory board focused on system-level financial decision-making in pharmacy and care delivery.

Who We're Looking For:

• Senior finance leaders within IDNs and large health systems
• Familiarity with value-based care, cost-containment strategies, or pharmacy financial modeling
• Ability to share insight into capital allocation, budgeting for innovation, and contracting considerations

Key Responsibilities:

• Up to 6 hours total commitment
• Virtual format (in-person optional)
• Participation is compensated; all logistics managed by The Clinician Exchange

This advisory board will bring financial leadership perspectives to the table to inform evolving approaches to pharmacy-based technology, clinical investment, and operational planning.

Compensation: A significant honorarium will be provided for your valuable time and expertise (exact amount to be discussed upon qualification, typically based on total hours commitment).
