A leading healthcare company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer (CFO/COO) to manage financial operations and strategy. The Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer (CFO/COO) will manage, maintain, and ultimately be responsible for all activities, responsibilities, achievements, and reporting of the Employer’s finance department and function. This includes the development and execution of financial procedures, policies, and controls, as well as overseeing the company's day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. The CFO/COO will provide financial oversight to ensure accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting systems and processes are in place and running effectively and assist and advise senior management with respect to financial projections and improvements to achieve financial performance targets.

Base Compensation Range
$250,000 - $300,000 USD
