Chief Financial Officer - Industrial Technology - Engineered Solutions - Private Equity

Our client is a middle market, private equity sponsored industrial automation solutions designer and manufacturer supporting a diverse, global customer base with innovative, highly engineered systems.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to strategically partner with the CEO to support an aggressive growth strategy as they continue to build out infrastructure and develop a robust platform to get the business to the next level. The CFO will be deeply involved at the strategic and tactical level working cross-functionally to drive productivity and profitability as a valued member of the executive team. This position requires an "in the trenches" and operationally focused finance executive able to anticipate needs, who will be comfortable navigating the shop floor as well as the board room. They will position Finance and Accounting as a difference maker in providing meaningful data and business intelligence contributing to the strategic vision of the enterprise as well as to the day-to-day tactics of the business.

The ideal candidate will have had full responsibility for the Finance and Accounting function within a complex manufacturing environment, with experience supporting multi-location operations on a global scale. They will have worked with a leveraged balance sheet, managed banking and lender relationships, ideally having implemented significant ERP systems or upgrades. They will have had oversight over significant integration and consolidation initiatives.
