CFO – Industrial Manufacturing/Distribution – Private Equity

Our client is a lower middle-market industrial manufacturing/distribution company under private equity ownership with ambitious growth plans, acquisitive and organic.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on and highly confident finance leader to strategically support the senior executive team executing on multi-faceted growth strategies. You will be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level with full responsibility for the finance and accounting functions which includes overseeing lending and other external relationships, building out meaningful KPIs and dashboards, and overseeing the M&A diligence and integration process.

This is a true “roll up your sleeves” environment where you will wear multiple hats and contribute on significant operational levels. You will focus on upgrading reporting and visibility in all areas of the business operations with an emphasis on analytical and data-driven decision making.
