Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and execution to support growth and IPO readiness.
- Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in full compliance with US GAAP.
- Manage SEC reporting, audits, and ensure compliance with public company standards.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
- Partner with executive leadership and the Board on IPO preparation, fundraising, and investor relations.
- Build scalable systems, processes, and internal controls suitable for a public-company environment.
- Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams.
- Evaluate strategic growth opportunities, M&A, and capital structure optimization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive with direct IPO execution experience.
- Deep expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Strong background in capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations.
- Demonstrated success in building financial infrastructure to support a public listing.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
