Arkansas Foodbank is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in human resources to join our leadership team.
The CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading financial planning, ensuring long-term fiscal sustainability, and overseeing risk management and operational efficiency. This role also plays a vital part in fostering a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workplace culture.
The CFO also serves as a vital bridge between human resources and executive leadership, ensuring that people strategies are fully integrated into organizational decision-making. As the key advocate for HR, the CFO brings strong representation of workforce needs, compliance, and culture to the leadership table, aligning human capital with financial and operational goals.
