Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a vital executive leader dedicated to safeguarding the organization’s financial health and long-term sustainability. - Operational Oversight and Process Excellence: Architect and champion scalable administrative frameworks, continuously optimizing workflows to enhance organizational agility, reduce systemic friction, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Financial and Resource Stewardship: Direct the strategic allocation of capital and human resources, exercising rigorous fiscal oversight to ensure financial sustainability while balancing investment in mission-critical initiatives and administrative infrastructure.
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance Strategy: Establish enterprise-wide governance standards and proactive risk-mitigation frameworks, ensuring full regulatory adherence while fostering a culture of ethics and operational resilience.

- Proven track record of strategic financial leadership in complex, multi-site organizations, with expertise in fiscal planning, capital allocation, and risk management.
- Ability to drive enterprise-wide financial strategy, integrating data-driven insights into operational decision-making to ensure organizational sustainability.
- Expertise in overseeing multi-site financial operations, managing complex budgets, and establishing robust internal controls and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead, mentor, and cultivate high-performing finance and administrative teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Experience navigating regulatory environments relevant to healthcare (e.g., audits, compliance, financial reporting requirements) and effectively communicating financial performance to executive leadership and boards.
- Ability to partner with the CEO and executive team to identify growth opportunities, mitigate operational risks, and optimize resource utilization across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPA) strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the C-suite or senior executive level.
- Proven experience in complex, multi-site organizations (healthcare experience preferred).
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a strong plus.
