Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate insurance coverage and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support in HR role with internal and consultant partners.
• Supervise and develop the accounting and HR team.

• Serve as a member of the executive team, contributing to company-wide strategy.

With 75 employees and a reputation for quality service and craftsmanship, we specialize in residential new construction and service. As we continue to scale, we seek a finance leader to join our executive team and drive the company’s financial health, compliance, and strategic planning.

Position Summary

The CFO/Controller will oversee all financial and accounting functions for the company, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, job costing, financial reporting, and risk management. This role is both strategic and operational, responsible for leading a small accounting team and providing critical insights to the ownership team to support sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management & Strategy
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support company growth
  • Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Monitor KPIs and key business metrics; recommend corrective actions
  • Advise ownership on cash flow, capital investment, and cost management strategies
• Accounting Operations
