Family Care Network, a physician-run network of family medicine clinics in Washington, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and operations. You will oversee the financial operations and Patient Account Department, guiding budgeting, reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance to support growth and patient care excellence.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in accounting/finance, 8+ years of accounting/finance experience with 6+ in leadership, healthcare-specific experience,

• Master’s degree or equivalent in accounting/finance with strong leadership credentials.
• 8+ years in progressive accounting or finance roles, with at least 6 years in leadership or supervisory positions.
• Experience in clinician practice accounting, clinic financial reporting, or multi-location healthcare is highly preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certifications are strongly preferred.

We are looking for an accomplished financial leader to serve as our next Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a key role in advancing our organization's financial strategy and long-term success.

The CFO provides executive leadership and oversight of the organization's financial operations and Patient Account Department (PAD). This role is responsible for guiding financial strategy, overseeing accounting practices, budgeting, cost accounting, financial planning, and business office functions. The CFO also directs fiscal activities, including financial reporting, audits, tax matters, and regulatory compliance, while establishing and maintaining policies and procedures that support the organization's financial integrity and operational goals.

• The full salary scale is $160,000 - $280,000 annually (DOE)

What you'll bring:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
• 8+ years of direct progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in a healthcare organization, demonstrating continued growth, professional development and subject matter expertise, with at least 6 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with clinician practice accounting, clinic financial reporting, or multi-location healthcare organizations strongly preferred.
• CPA or other relevant financial certifications strongly preferred.
