• Strong financial modeling and strategic planning capabilities.

A private equity-backed portfolio company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead enterprise financial strategy and performance management across a complex, multi-entity structure. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with investors and the board, the CFO will oversee financial planning, capital allocation, treasury management, and reporting infrastructure while supporting growth initiatives and strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all finance functions including FP&A, treasury, accounting, reporting, and tax
• Develop financial strategy aligned with growth objectives and value creation plans
• Manage capital structure including debt financing, liquidity management, and investor reporting
• Lead M&A evaluation, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration efforts
• Build scalable financial systems and reporting frameworks across multiple entities
• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on strategic planning and operational performance
• Present financial performance and strategic initiatives to board members and investors

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Prior experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance executive
• Strong background in M&A transactions, capital markets, and debt financing
• Experience working within private equity-backed or high-growth environments preferred
• Strong financial modeling and strategic planning capabilities

Base salary: $250,000 to $450,000

Bonus: Performance-based incentive opportunity
