AUX Partners works closely with a local and successful consumer finance firm that is actively searching for a new CFO. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, growth, compliance, and team management, among others. They will also heavily collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy, operations, and best practices for future growth.

Base Pay Range

$200,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• 10-20+ years experience overseeing financial planning/analysis within financial services, banking, or consumer finance industry
• Experience managing team of 20+ people within accounting/finance department
• Ability to collaborate with other executives and departments on best practices for company growth and stability
• Strong understanding of traditional and non-traditional financial statements, consumer analytics, and ability to recognize industry trends that will help grow the company
• Ability to help shift company from traditional financial statements to more modern and growth based statements

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of executive level, VP, or CFO experience
• Experience within fintech, digital transformation, or digital banking experience preferred
• 10-15 years experience serving in an executive level role within consumer lending or consumer finance
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams while taking a data-driven and analytical approach on current and future progress
• Ability to articulate previous success, what led to that success, and how that success would translate to a new opportunity
• Experience advising CEO and other executives on current company status, potential mergers/acquisitions, profit/loss, and maintaining clean financial records
