Role Overview:

We are seeking a part-time CFO with a passion for startups and experience in fundraising, venture capital, and investor relations. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a significant impact on a growing company while gaining valuable executive-level experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and fundraising objectives.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including seed funding, crowdraising, and venture capital initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, financiers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare financial projections, reports, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
• Advise the CEO and leadership team on financial planning and business development.
• Negotiate terms with investors and partners to secure favorable agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Proven experience raising funds for startups, including seed funding and venture capital.
• Strong background in investor relations, financial planning, and fundraising strategy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage investors.
• Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and contributing to the success of a small business.
