The CFO will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, providing financial leadership, business insights, and strategic guidance across the enterprise. The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with deep operational and commercial acumen gained within food and beverage manufacturing environments.

Our client, a global food manufacturing company experiencing significant growth, is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting operational excellence, and helping scale the organization through its next phase of growth.

Description
Strategic Leadership
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's long-term strategic objectives.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
  • Provide actionable insights to support growth initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and operational improvements.
  • Present financial results, business performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance functions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and applicable regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, insurers, and other financial partners.
Operational Finance
  • Partner closely with operations, supply chain, procurement, and commercial teams to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives related to cost management, inventory optimization, working capital improvement, and margin enhancement.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting tools that provide visibility into business performance across manufacturing operations.
Systems & Process Transformation
  • Lead or support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of NetSuite ERP.
  • Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve reporting capabilities.
  • Build scalable finance infrastructure to support future growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting organization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build organizational capabilities necessary to support a rapidly growing global business.
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a CFO, Divisional CFO, or other senior finance executive role.
  • Significant experience within food and beverage manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success supporting high-growth organizations.
  • Experience leading or playing a key role in a NetSuite implementation.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain finance.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
