With strong interpersonal skills, the CFO works effectively across disciplines, bringing people together to build consensus, drive performance, and sustain a culture rooted in values, responsibility, and the collective good. They build trust through transparency, consistency, and authentic engagement, communicating financial information clearly at all levels of the organization.
