Healthcare Leadership Solutions, the Premier Executive Recruiting Firm for the healthcare industry, is currently engaged in a search for a top Physician practice financial Leader. This position is remote, but prefer the person to live in the northeast market. Our growing practice is part of a private equity-backed healthcare company and is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial excellence and growth at its northeast location.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations and strategic growth of a specialty practice.

• Oversight of accounting, financial reporting, planning & analysis, expense control, and operating budget.

• Development of financial models to support decision-making by senior leadership.

• Collaboration with the executive team on strategy, vision, and operational decisions.

• Close partnership with lead physicians and the corporate office on revenue projections and profit

growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+years of accounting experience in physician practice leadership with exposure to physician leaders. Prefer currently in a CFO role
