Job summary

MD Helicopters, LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to build a solid financial foundation and guide growth in a high-velocity manufacturing environment.

The CFO will oversee accounting, treasury, planning, and compliance with FAR/DFARS, lead a multi-site finance team, and partner with private equity investors and executives.

Candidates will bring 15+ years in finance, CPA, manufacturing experience, and proven transformation leadership; on-site work in Mesa is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA license in good standing.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience.
• Experience as standalone CFO or senior divisional CFO with full accounting responsibility.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably aerospace/defense or complex industrial business.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, cost accounting, inventory, internal controls, and audits.
• Experience with government-contract accounting; FAR/DFARS knowledge.
• Led Finance transformation: dashboards, ERP utilization, reporting automation, process improvement.
• Experience managing lenders, cash forecasting, covenant reporting, liquidity.
• Ability to work onsite in Mesa, Arizona.
