Company Overview

Our collaborative care model includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, PhD/PsyD). We are purpose-built to address the unique physical, emotional, and social needs of older adults, emphasizing coordinated, outcomes-driven care across clinical disciplines.

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team at a pivotal stage of growth. This role reflects the Company’s evolution as financial leadership is separated from the President function to support increased scale, operational complexity, and expansion into new markets.

The CFO will partner closely with the President to drive financial strategy, enhance visibility into business performance and unit economics, and support disciplined growth across the organization. Key areas of focus will include strengthening financial infrastructure, building robust analytics and KPI frameworks, and supporting market expansion through data-driven investment decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong strategic acumen with a willingness to operate hands-on in a lean environment and brings deep expertise in healthcare finance, particularly within Medicare-driven reimbursement models and revenue cycle management.
