Ideal Background:

• Current or previous CFO experience within a privately held organization.
• Experience leading accounting and finance within a multi-company or multi-entity environment.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and working capital.
• Hands-on finance leader who is comfortable operating at both the strategic and day-to-day operational level.
• Experience improving financial processes, systems, and controls while leading and developing accounting and finance teams.
