We’re seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer to join a leading healthcare-focused private equity firm. This dual-role reports to the Partners and oversees fund and management company finance, investor reporting, audits, valuations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fund accounting, audits, capital calls, distributions, and LP reporting
• Oversee compliance program, SEC reporting, and regulatory matters
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, treasury, payroll, and management company operations
• Optimize processes and support strategic initiatives and fundraising

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial operations (private equity or alternatives platform experience preferred)
• Strong technical leader with hands-on approach and strategic mindset
