Qualifications

• Strong finance-based analytical skills.
• 10+ years' of finance experience.
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial management functions including accounting, cash management, and reporting.
• Direct budget development, forecasting models, and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee investments, endowments, banking relationships, and annual audits.
• Serve as staff liaison to Finance and Investment Committees with clear analysis.
• Drive modernization of financial systems and organizational infrastructure.
• Mentor and supervise the Controller and staff responsible for AP, AR, and payroll.
• Support fundraising, grant compliance, and restricted gift accounting.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a strategic, forward-thinking leader responsible for ensuring the long-term financial health and sustainability of Non Profit in Boca Area. Reporting to the CEO the CFO oversees all financial operations—including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, investment management, and compliance - while modernizing financial systems and guiding a high-performing finance team. This role serves as a key advisor to the CEO, C-suite, and Board of Directors.
