Qualifications

• Extensive budget development, accounting, risk management, and procurement experience.
• Strong communication and leadership with ability to work in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and administrative operations and budgeting.
• Oversee IT, facilities, HR, student financial services and procurement.
• Ensure strategic alignment with state higher education initiatives.
• Support union contract negotiations and capital planning.
