CAST, Inc. is seeking a Chief Finance and Internal Operations Officer to provide strategic leadership for financial health, operations, HR, and technology. This executive reports to the CEO and leads multiple departments to support mission and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Management or related field is required.
• Advanced degree or professional credentials are preferred.
• Seven to ten years of nonprofit finance and operations leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership over financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Supervise finance, HR, IT, and operations teams and coordinate with senior leadership.
• Oversee HR policies, talent management, benefits, and payroll oversight.
• Provide IT and information systems oversight and cybersecurity awareness.
• Lead risk management, compliance with grant requirements, and internal controls.
