Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, stakeholder or customer experience, strategic partnerships, external affairs, communications, community engagement, public relations, or related field.
• Experience leading multiple, diverse functions and teams through significant organizational change.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and external stakeholders and translate enterprise vision into measurable outcomes.
• Experience in a complex, regulated, mission-driven environment with excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise stakeholder experience strategy across families, hospital partners, donors, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
• Lead hospital development and clinical partnership strategies with executive leadership and external partners.
• Oversee donor family experience and ensure compassionate, consistent support across the care continuum.
• Direct communications, reputation, and community engagement; guide crisis communications and coalition building.
• Guide advocacy and government affairs to engage legislators and policymakers and anticipate regulatory developments.
• Develop philanthropy strategy to operate as a standalone function by 2028 and expand partnerships.
