Job summary

Sloomoo Institute LLC seeks a Vice President, Operations & Experience to lead the globally scaled interactive experiences across institutes, MiniMoos, and ecommerce. You will partner with executive leadership to set vision, standards, and operating models that ensure joy, inclusivity, and exceptional guest experiences while driving financial health.

This NYC HQ-based role requires strong cross-functional leadership, ownership of P&L, and the ability to travel extensively to field locations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, ideally in hospitality, experiential retail, entertainment, or other guest-centric environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-location, multi-channel businesses as they grow and evolve.
• Strong ownership of business performance, including P&L, revenue strategy, margins, and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term vision for the Sloomoo interactive experience across all Institutes, MiniMoos, and ecommerce.
• Define non-negotiables for guest experience as the brand scales; balance consistency with flexibility.
• Ensure the interactive experience remains joyful, inclusive, accessible, and unmistakably Sloomoo across touchpoints.
