Chief Executive Officer – High Growth Residential and Commercial Services Roll-Up – Private Equity, 78907

Our client is a growing lower middle market residential and commercial services business serving the Midwest. We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead an aggressive growth strategy under private equity financial backing. The role involves overseeing a dispersed workforce that is rapidly expanding to serve a national customer base. The business operates through a network of field service branch locations, and the ideal candidate will have an owner mentality to build a highly effective team and professionalize the organization as it scales.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading entrepreneurial, customer-focused service businesses, preferably with experience in managing growth through M&A. Industry experience in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, fire life and safety, plumbing, or similar fields is preferred. Prior experience in private equity or investor-led enterprises is a strong asset.
