• Represent the company to strategic partners and investors, articulating a compelling value proposition to stakeholders.
• Oversee operations and ensuring the lab delivers high-quality sequencing services while remaining agile and scalable.

Requirements:

• Proven commercial leader in life sciences, diagnostics, or sequencing services or a seasoned lab operator with a track record of scaling operations and revenue.
• Deep understanding of NGS technologies, genomics applications, and the broader precision medicine landscape.
• Strong network in pharma, biotech, and/or IVD, with the ability to open doors and forge strategic partnerships
• Experience leading teams in growth-stage or mid-market companies.
• Excellent communicator, capable of translating complex science into actionable commercial strategies
