Job summary

AIDS Foundation Chicago (AFC) seeks a transformative President and CEO to lead its 110-person team, manage a $44.5 million budget, and advance its mission to end HIV and advance housing and racial equity in Chicagoland.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will set strategy, oversee programs, fundraising, policy advocacy, and operations, while guiding CHH and ensuring fiscal integrity and broad donor engagement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for AFC's continued growth and impact.

• Advance AFC's public policy and advocacy agenda to support health and housing goals.
