Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business Administration or related field required, with a Master’s degree preferred
• 7-10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in human services or nonprofit management
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, board relations, compliance, and staff leadership

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Board Relations: Develop and monitor all program activities in alignment with the Board of Directors' policies and the organization's stated purpose.
• Operational & Financial Management: Plan and prepare the annual budget in coordination with the Finance Committee, maintaining records and applying controls.
• Staff Leadership & Development: Select, employ, and supervise professional staff and foster a culture of professional growth.
• Community Liaison & Public Relations: Represent the organization in community events and stay ahead of industry trends; assist in documenting budgetary needs across funding sources
