Legacy Farmers Cooperative FS, headquartered in Findlay, Ohio, seeks a visionary President & CEO to provide strategic leadership across grain, agronomy, petroleum, and Country Corner operations. You will partner with the Board to set long-term goals, steward financial performance, and guide organizational growth in a complex agricultural cooperative.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree or higher in agricultural business, finance, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership in cooperative marketing, operations, and finance.
• Experience in grain merchandising, compliance, budgeting, and capital planning.
• Proven ability to lead, develop talent, and drive strategic initiative execution.

Responsibilities

• Leads the management team in developing and administering strategic plans and policies.
• Works with the Board annually to set fiscal year goals aligned with the strategic plan.
• Oversees grain merchandising, agronomy, energy, feed, and retail operations.
• Drives financial reporting, risk management, and capital planning.
• Builds talent through recruitment, training, succession planning, and performance management.
• Ensures safety, customer service, profitability, and continuous improvement across operations.
• Develops annual operating and capital budgets and secures Board approval.
• Maintains internal controls and asset stewardship; ensures regulatory compliance.
