Job summary

The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology seeks a President to serve as chief executive officer, providing strategic, spiritual, and organizational leadership.

This role aligns the School's mission with long-term sustainability, collaborating with the Board of Trustees, Executive Council, faculty, staff, students, alumni, donors, and external partners to strengthen the educational mission and public witness.

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith and commitment to the mission.
• Minimum of five years of executive leadership experience in higher education, nonprofit, or ministry.
• Proven ability to lead change, strategic planning, and growth.
• Strong fundraising, donor engagement, and resource development experience.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relational leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership that advances the mission, values, and long-term direction of the School.
• Serve as the chief executive officer accountable to the Board of Directors.
• Lead and support the executive leadership team across divisions.
• Oversee strategic planning, institutional performance, and governance.
• Cultivate relationships with churches, foundations, donors, and external partners.
