Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Spanish-language proficiency and experience working in diverse communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief strategist, ambassador, and culture leader for FIND Food Bank.
• Oversee financial and operational performance and drive fundraising and advocacy.
• Partner with the Board and leadership to advance community engagement and revenue diversification.
• Lead staff development and foster collaboration with volunteers and partners.
