The Chief Estimator will lead the estimating department, overseeing all pre-construction and tendering activities. This senior role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive knowledge of construction estimation practices specific to concrete forming, waterproofing, restoration, and crane services.

Chief Estimator - Tank & Pump Construction

Oversees and manages the estimating team and all its functions, responsible for the overall performance of the department. The estimating team focuses on environmental and fuel facility-focused projects and services. Experience in Pump and Tank Industry is a significant advantage.

• Accountable for managing, motivating, and training the estimating team, ensuring all estimates are submitted accurately, consistently, and on time for the Construction and Service Business Units.
• Preparing a portion of the construction and service estimates.

Qualifications:

• Must have estimating experience in the construction, environmental, or a similar industry.
• Must be detail-oriented while also able to work quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to manage and generate project estimates ranging from $25,000 to $5,000,000.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of Cost Estimating Software is a plus.
• Ability to read plans and other project documents.
