Your Responsibilities

• Communicate with Owners, Representatives, Fabricators, Contractors, Suppliers & Consultants.
• Coordinate bid preparation & ensure timely submission.
• Assist in budgets, subcontracts, purchase orders & project schedules.
• Ensure a seamless project handoff to the construction team.
• Review specifications, drawings & scope of work.
• Estimate indirect costs (management, equipment, tools).
• Review & finalize proposals before submission.
• Engage in proposal presentations when needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with operations teams.
• Prepare budget pricing, unit price schedules & lump sum pricing.

What You Need

10+ years of steel construction estimating experience.

Ability to work quickly & accurately under deadlines.

Knowledge of conceptual estimating & design-build projects.

Strong leadership & business communication skills.

Experience with design models.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
