This role focuses on driving strategic project selection and business growth while mentoring staff. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in construction and experience in estimating. Compensation includes a competitive salary range of $116,458 – $196,815 per year, plus benefits such as medical coverage, generous PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction, with experience as a Lead or Senior Estimator.
• Ability to mentor and inspire a high-performing Estimating team.
• Experience with overseeing budgets and cost data.
