Position Overview: Chief Estimator
The Chief Estimator is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the estimating department, including pre-bid meeting attendance, preconstruction services, plan and specification procurement and reviews, posting project for bidding, quantity take offs, summary top sheets, directions and coordinating activities of the designated estimate to ensure that goals or objectives of the estimate and the company are accomplished timely, efficiently and within company guidelines.
