Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years estimating experience in construction, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimating software.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Bluebeam, ProEst, or Sage Estimating is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local Rockledge, FL market conditions and subcontractor networks is a plus.
