Metric Geo is seeking a Chief Estimator or VP of Estimating for its heavy civil and infrastructure division in the Tri-State area. You will lead the estimating department on major pursuits, shape bid strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and influence growth as the company expands into transit, bridges, highways, and utilities.

Salary ranges from $225,000 to $330,000+ with executive bonus and ESOP ownership; this is a leadership role with national scope and a track record of landmark projects.

Chief Estiamtor – Heavy Civil Infrastructure – $225,000 - $330,000+

I’m partnering with a household-name General Contractor in the Tri-State area that’s expanding its footprint in transit, bridge, and highway projects.

With strong boots-on-the-ground teams and a robust pipeline of upcoming work, this contractor is seeking a Vice President of Estimating to take the helm and drive preconstruction strategy as they break into new markets.

In this role, you’ll lead the estimating department on major pursuits—shaping bid strategy, mentoring a high-performing team, and directly influencing the company’s growth trajectory.

Salary: $225,000 - $300,000++ Executive Bonus + ESOP Ownership
