About the Position :

We are hiring a Chief Estimator, responsible for leading a team of estimators, reviewing bids and proposals, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring that all estimates are accurate and consistent with the industry standard for projects nationwide. Projects will include earthwork, civil concrete structures, and site work related to electrical transmission work (lines, sub-stations, switch-stations). The role will be based in the Dallas-Ft Worth area.

Requirements :

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in estimating and cost control in the construction industry.
• Specific project experience within large commercial earthwork, site work, substation, or deep foundation projects is required.
• Prior power transmission project experience is preferred.
