Job summary

The successful candidate will oversee investigations, coordinate training, and ensure adherence to civil rights laws, while collaborating with HR and academic units to promote inclusive hiring and practices.

Qualifications

• JD and at least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in a university setting.
• Experience interpreting civil rights, EEO, and Title IX laws.
• Experience leading trauma-informed investigations.
• Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee Equal Opportunity policies and procedures across the university.
• Lead investigations into discrimination/harassment and respond to external complaints.
• Serve as Title IX Coordinator and oversee grievance procedures.
• Supervise ADA Coordinator(s) and oversee the ADA program.
• Lead the CRTC Office and manage office personnel and budget.
