Job summary

Intapp seeks a VP of Enterprise Accounts to lead Managing Directors in protecting, deepening, and expanding relationships with the world’s largest law firms and corporate legal departments. The role drives net revenue retention and platform footprint growth across a curated installed base.

You will personally lead the most complex expansion conversations with senior partners and general counsels, while coaching a team to replicate this impact across major accounts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise software sales or strategic account management.
• Proven track record with Am Law 50 or global law firms and large corporate legal departments.
• Experience leading senior enterprise sellers and expanding multi-product deals.
• Understanding of partnership dynamics and governance in large professional services clients.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial strategy for strategic legal accounts, including ACV retention and platform expansion.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Managing Directors focused on growth and multi-product deals.
• Build and maintain an expansion pipeline with strong coverage and disciplined progression.
• Drive account planning, stakeholder mapping, and executive engagement.
• Lead complex expansion conversations with Managing Partners, GC, CIOs, CFOs, and COOs.
• Ensure alignment of Intapp's platform across risk/compliance, Time, practice management, and AI solutions.
• Lead executive-level negotiations on renewals and multi-product agreements with a cadence of reviews.
