Job summary

Databricks is seeking Head of Corporate Engineering to oversee enterprise engineering and operations globally. You will build and manage a high-performing team, develop principled strategies, and ensure security and compliance across cloud environments.

You will drive IAM, endpoints, collaboration tooling, and engineering tooling, partnering with R&D to optimize Jira, Confluence, and GitHub usage. Reporting to VP, Infrastructure and Operations, this role requires strong leadership and hands-on

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing Cloud infrastructure at large enterprises.
• Hands-on with AWS; familiarity with GCP and Azure is a plus.
• Experience leading remote, distributed teams.
• Experience with DevOps/ SRE practices and OKRs.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, GitHub integration.

Responsibilities

• Secure and optimize cloud infrastructure; IAM, endpoints.
• Lead and scale an enterprise engineering team.
• Partner with R&D to manage engineering tools; ensure SLAs and adoption.
• Mentor and guide senior engineers; drive compliance (FedRAMP, PCI, SOX).
