Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a senior leader for the Enterprise Digital Assets & Tokenization team in New York. You will own the strategy and prioritize a portfolio across divisions, sponsor business cases, and manage external partnerships to de-risk initiatives and drive real production value.

You will oversee governance with divisions, shape commercial terms, and ensure alignment with regulatory considerations while delivering production-ready solutions for clients in onchain ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in capital markets, asset management, data/infrastructure, or digital assets at senior level.
• Hands-on digital assets experience including tokenized products, funds or indices.
• Track record of launching new businesses/products from zero to production.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise digital assets and tokenization strategy, prioritizing initiatives across divisions.
• Run a single intake for divisional requests and apply Start Now criteria and stage gates.
• Co-own and sponsor business cases to secure enterprise and divisional investment.
• Maintain an evidence-based view of market direction and keep portfolio ahead of client demand.
• Drive initiatives to in-production status with paying customers and appoint accountable owners.
• Build playbooks and repeatable processes for divisions posthandover.
