Qualifications

• Extensive experience in designing and delivering robotics, automation, mechatronics, or electromechanical systems.
• Proven track record leading products from concept through commercialization and scale.
• Strong technical judgment for evaluating tradeoffs, risks, and architecture decisions.
• Hands-on engineering leadership with the ability to influence across matrixed organizations.

• Serve as the technical authority for Omnicell's Robotics & Automation portfolio.
• Define strategy, architecture, and engineering direction across multiple programs.
• Lead development from early concept to launch and deployment of next‑gen robotics platforms.
