Job summary

The Courtyard by Marriott Worcester in Worcester, MA is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee all maintenance and engineering operations of the hotel, ensuring facilities, equipment, and systems operate safely and efficiently in line with brand standards.

You will direct the Engineering Department, manage preventive maintenance programs, and prioritize guest and operational maintenance requests to ensure timely repairs and guest satisfaction.

• Direct and oversee the day-to-day operation of the Engineering Department.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, hot water systems, elevators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and life-safety systems.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Prioritize and respond to guest and operational maintenance requests.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and repairs.
