Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Chief Engineer for Air Defense programs supporting the U.S. Marine Corps. You will own the architecture, integration strategy, fielding readiness, and sustainment of sensors, effectors, and networks across installations and maneuver programs.

You will drive design reviews, set technical baselines, and coordinate with product teams, field teams, and customers to ensure readiness. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Engineering or science degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of systems or engineering experience with technical ownership.
• End-to-end accountability for deployed systems and performance.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief Engineer for Air Defense programs and own system architecture.
• Maintain baseline for fielded installations and manage changes across sites.
• Turn Marine Corps concepts into deployable systems with HW/SW integration.
• Represent engineering to program offices, T&E, and customer leadership.
